ORDERS

All MACADAM® pieces are crafted in New York City. Our one-of-a-kind pieces are available and ready to ship within a few working days. Our made-to-order pieces will ship within 8-10 weeks on average (except during holidays).


Bespoke and custom orders require a specific design phase, therefore, a tailored timeline will be determined during the order process.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is included for all US orders. Once your piece has been prepared and is ready for shipping, you will be notified via email. All orders are sent with a tracking link and with insured shipping. Please note, that all MACADAM pieces will need to be signed for upon delivery by a person 18 years or older.


All shipping timelines provided are guided estimations, as shipping and customs clearing delays can occur and are beyond our control.


RETURNS


We hope you love your MACADAM jewelry, however, if you would like to return a purchase, we offer store credit or an exchange. Pieces are only accepted for return if they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original MACADAM packaging. MACADAM must be notified of your return within 7 days of receiving your piece (as postmarked by the carrier).


Note that we do not accept returns on bespoke orders or any earrings. MACADAM is not responsible for any return shipping fees, import duties or taxes for international orders. Once MACADAM receives your return, the jewelry will be inspected thoroughly to determine eligibility for an exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return, and the piece will be sent back to the client at the client’s expense.
